Corey Stegent, Chief Operating Officer

Corey Stegent is a fifth generation Washington County resident and professional service contractor. For over 75 years his family has led the local custom homebuilding industry with high-quality craftsmanship and professional building practices. Kristi Stegent, Controller
Fayetteville High Class of '99 and Texas A&M Class of '05
Kristi Stegent received her degree in accounting and finance from Texas A&M ’05. She served as Chief Financial Officer for a private Oil Transport Service before joining the Lakeway team in 2014. Kristi runs a tight ship – from managing and equipping her team, to overseeing the ordering of equipment and assigning routes – she has a hand in it all. Kristi is an expert in process management and strives to improve efficiency and reduce costs at every stage of your project lifecycle. Kristi and her husband Corey are raising two teens and are actively involved in the Brenham, Bellville, Chappell Hill, and Burton communities.
Adam Franke
Adam Franke graduated from Brenham High School class of 2015. Adam holds the EPA and LPG certifications and has been an employee of Lakeway Air Conditioning since 2016. He is the son of James and Lori Franke of Brenham.
Daniel Benitez
Daniel graduated from Hempstead High School class of 2015, and holds both his EPA and LPG Certifications. Daniel is the son of Guillermo & Rosa Benitez of Hempstead and has been an employee of Lakeway Air Conditioning since 2016.
Hunter Tomachefsky
Hunter is a graduate of Brenham High School and Texas State Technical College. He holds his EPA and LPS certifications.
