Corey Stegent is a lifetime tradesman and the President of Lakeway Air, bringing decades of hands-on experience and leadership to every project. Raised in a family of respected home builders and construction service experts, Corey represents a third generation of craftsmanship deeply rooted in Washington County and the greater Brazos Valley.
Built From the Ground Up
Corey grew up immersed in the construction industry, learning the trade firsthand.
As an informal apprentice to his father, David Stegent, a master plumber, and his grandfather, renowned home builder Walter Thielemann. From early job sites to complex builds, he gained practical knowledge that can only come from real-world experience.
Working across a diverse range of construction projects strengthened Corey’s technical foundation and shaped his approach to problem-solving—precise, efficient, and grounded in proven methods.
